Each syllable is an opening sound and a vowel, sometimes with a closing consonant, drawn securely from fixed sets. The result is not an English word, so a dictionary attack has nothing to match — but the structure does reduce the number of possibilities compared with a fully random string of the same length.

KeyMint states that trade-off rather than hiding it. If you do not need to say the password aloud, a random one of the same length is stronger.
